Semolina pasta of MY Russello wheat, without the use of chemical products. It comes from the dough mixture of the semolina produced in the farm with the only addition of mineral water. The storage and the cylinder milling take place without removing the wheat germ. The artisan production, the bronze-drawing, the slow and low temperature drying complete the work.
